Abstract
|
Marine propeller is the key component of marine propulsion. The propulsive efficiency of propeller is directly influenced by machining accuracy. However, it is very difficult to process a propeller due to the large size of the propeller and the complex shape of blade. At present, the multi-axis CNC machine tools is used to process the propeller blades in rough machining, but the processing of polishing by fitter is still used in finish machining. To complete a propeller generally need to take several months. The development method of the control system for propeller measurement and grinding device was researched. The overall structure of the device was designed based on the process task of propeller. And the hardware platform of the control system was established based on Sinumerik840D.The functional module of the control system was planned, while the analysis of the functional requirements of the control system was completed. The human machine interface of control system was designed with Visual Basic and Visual C++in HMI-Environment of Siemens. Then the communication of human machine interface with NCK/PLC was configured, such as accessing the variables of NCK/PLC. And the human machine interface was embedded into the Sinumerik840D.The model-known and model-unknown measurement path planning problem has been studied. For the model-known propeller, the method of measuring with coaxial cylindrical was used to plan the measurement path. For the model-unknown propeller, the manual sampling was used, then fitting the propeller surface by B-spline, finally, using the anti-calculated model to plan the measurement by the same method with model-known propeller. Cutting tool path planning method of abrasive belt grinding was studied.
