Abstract


Revetment plays an important role in flood control, meanwhile, it also links land and river. Its special position and the importance and complexity shows by landscape and ecology make it an essential part of a city which closes water. The former design of revetment is mainly by water flow dynamics research and engineering technology, particularly pay attention to the protection of revetment. However, in sustainable ecological system, there is no sufficient research in protecting and restoring landscape regeneration ability. At the same time, the design of close water revetment is too simply and lack of features.With the development of modern social and economic, revetment, as a establishment of city service which satisfy people’s life requirement, landscape ecology and the demand of the urban flood control water, should not be only partial emphasis on flood control function instead of ignoring its role in keeping the balance of ecology and revetment landscape.To achieve a revetment which is an ecological, humanized, sustainability natural system without human intervention, practical and beautiful, there is a need of people aware the nature, which includes the relationship between human and water, people and the delicate organisms, then comprehensive use of plant ecological knowledge, the water flow dynamics knowledge and engineering technology,This paper uses some research methods such as case study and summarized method. It discusses the design of ecological revetment in regional water landscape, summarizes the mainly affecting factor of revetment design and analyzes cases base on the classification of revetment of close water, the function, the development trend, and the requirements of human beings, This paper bases on the basis of the practice project, attempts to summarize the design method of close water ecological landscape in flood storage area revetment and use in practice. It also provides some methods and design basis of close water ecological landscape in related regional flood storage area.This paper consists of two parts:the first part is theoretical study, which analyzes and clears up the research course of close water landscape ecological riverbank and defines the related concept; study the theory and practice of close water ecological protection among the world, summarizes the related experience and then refine the design elements. The second part is the case study. It provides the design principles, objectives, design concept, and design strategies of close water landscape ecological protection in flood storage area base on introduces the current situation and landscape of Quanzhou.
