Abstract


Since our country carried out the project of freestyle skiing aerials, We have been won the great achievements in the Olympics, World Cup, World Championships. If we want this project to maintain dominance in the Olympic Winter Games, it is necessary to multi-disciplinary theory, and conduct a comprehensive analysis of factors on the women’s aerials Sports Performance. And in-depth study of athletic performance to explore the relationship between various factors and internal relations practice for the coaches training guide service. In this paper, I combined the author’s own training practice, analyzed changes in the rules of the referee, air movements and gestures, movement difficulty, landing stability of the athletes of the Olympic women’s aerials scores. And puts forward the focus of training and competition, I believe it will improve women’s aerials daily training level of athletes in the Olympics and other international competitions achieved outstanding results provide important theoretical and practical basis.
