With the accelerating of the process of urbanization in our country, our country’sconstruction enterprises obtained fast development, but the information construction ofmost of the enterprises is relatively backward in general, causing the inefficient of theenterprises, so in allusion to the shortcomings and the problems appearing in the process ofthe informationization of our country’s construction enterprises, from the Angle of theconstruction enterprises, and the construction project as the core, this paper analysis thebusiness process, through the business process reorganization and decomposition, itconstructs the basic framework of the ERP system for the construction enterprises, and itprovides certain theoretical reference for the ERP system of the construction enterprises.Firstly, based on the ERP theory, this paper analyzes the general business process ofour country’s construction enterprises, and summarizes the characteristics of the operationof these enterprises, from our country’s construction enterprises, discusses the necessityof the business process reengineering, analyzes how to carry out business processreengineering, and, in doing so, as the basis of the construction of ERP system. Secondly, itinductive the problems appeared in the ERP system construction and application of ourcountry’s construction enterprises, and summarizes the main mode of ERP implementationin China at present, discusses the advantages and disadvantages, provides the basis for theconstruction of the ERP.And then, on the basis of the theory of project management, combined with themanagement mode, the organization and general business process of our country’sconstruction enterprises,, with the construction project management as the core, from twoaspects, the productive function module and the supportive function module to constructthe ERP system, and the productive function module can be divided into biddingmanagement, contract management, the management of preparations and the integratedmanagement of construction project, as well, the supportive function module can bedivided into the financial management, the human resources management and the officeautomation, and at the same time, it analyzes the specific content of each subsystemspecificly. Finally, through the example analysis of the application of use-friend NC systemof the Qingdao Construction Group, it concludes the advantage of the system and analyzesthe feasibility of the system.This paper, with the core of the construction project management, using ERP systemtheory and construction project management theory, analyzes the foundation of ERP systemof our country’s construction enterprises, and successfully constructed a viable ERP system, provides effective research methods and theory reference for the construction andimplementation of the ERP system of our country’s construction enterprises.
