Abstract


The rapid development of China market economy and the opening-door policy provideus a superior platform to achieve the continuous improvement of the economic andproduction efficiency for China manufacturing industry. However, out-of-datemanagement mode cannot satisfy the practical needs of enterprises.The complexity ofproduction process and diversity of product variety led to the increasing difficulty of themanagement of production cost.What China manufacturing industry urgently needs tocope with is how to enhance the validity and accuracy of the management of productioncost.The application and promotion of enterprise information have a great impact on thetraditional enterprise management mode.Comprehensive enterprise informationmanagement mode, equipped with the ability to integrate and share information, providestimely and reliable information basis for enterprise business decision-making to ensure thequality and efficiency of business decision-making, to ensure that the production activitiescarried out in an orderly manner and reduce the operational risks.As for enterprises, ERPis significant for its development. ERP system construction and application of standardoperating cost management system need to use the specific design of the product design,procurement and production. ERP system is able to simulate and optimize enterpriseproduct cost effectively.In the meanwhile, it applies the idea of operating cost to theprocurement process to measure and control the procurement cost.What’s more,in themanufacturing stage, it applies the idea of standard cost to develop the operating cost andachieve systematical analysis of cost differences.Demanding the help of operating cost management system,the construction andapplication of ERP system carries out specific designs for procurement,production anddesigns of enterprise product.Dalian Lianmei Company,as a typical Medium andSmall-sized Machine Manufacturing Enterprises,applies ERP system to achieve effectivepromotion of information management quality and comprehensive management level inorder to improve and optimize the out-of-date information management technology andensure healthy and steady development.This dissertation aims at further research on theoperation of ERP system of Dalian Lianmei Enterprise, pointing out the target,feature andeffect of the construction of ERP system.Furthermore,this dissertation also illustratesreasonable solutions to the problems and disadvantages of the construction of ERP system in order to provide assistance for the similar scale domestic manufacturing enterprises andfinally promote the development of ERP in the Medium and Small-sized domesticmanufacturing enterprises.
