Abstract


The principal-agent relation emerges with the separation of the rights of ownershipand management in a corporation. In order to reconcile the object of consignors and agents,the orientation of their value, it is unavoidable to employ the stock right excitation plan inmanagement level. On the basis of this research background, scholars both at home andabroad have done intensive researches about the relationship between stock rightexcitation in management level and enterprise performance. However, no confirmconclusion is drawn. And it is notable that scholars at home tend to put their researchemphasis more on the listed and state-owned enterprises than the private listed ones. Sincethe implementation of the reform and opening up policy, the facts prove that the privatelisted enterprises have become a force that can not be ignored in the stock market. On thebasis of this background, this paper has great theoretical and practical significance in theselection of private listed enterprises as the research object.First, this paper illustrates the background and significance of the research. Theresearch method is proposed through the review and analysis of the previous researchesboth at home and abroad.Second, this paper defines the related concepts and illustrates the theoreticalfoundation of this paper. The current situation of the stock right excitation plan in themanagement level of private listed enterprises is also analyzed.Third, through the employment of the method of empirical study, stock rightexcitation in the management level and cyclical driven effect of enterprise performanceare analyzed by the following two steps: Step one, all the private enterprises listed before2010are chosen as the research objects, this paper studies the relationship betweenenterprise performance and excitation preference. It is proved that Chinese private listedenterprise performance and their excitation preference have positive correlation. Step two,on the basis of the first step, those private listed enterprises perform stock right excitationfrom2010to2012are chosen as the research objects, this paper conducts a further research about the relationship between excitation degree and enterprise performance. Theresearch result shows that the intensification of the excitation degree on the managementlevel contributes to the enhancement of enterprise performance in private listed enterprises.This paper conducts the circulation research of excitation preference-enterpriseperformance-excitation degree, which provides experience and proof for the choice of themost suitable stock right excitation plan in private listed enterprises.Fourth, some optimization suggestions are proposed for the stock right excitationplan in the management level of private listed enterprises.The research result of this paper provides experience and proof for the reasonablechoice of stock right excitation plan for private listed enterprises.
