Abstract


Electricity infrastructure is considered to be very important resources in the life and production area.With the overall strength of domestic enterprises significantly increased, on the one hand, large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in the domestic, which own a lot of money and strong strength,have considered actively to invest BOT projects. On the other hand, BOT financing domestic capital accumulated some necessary experience by financing charges for the transfer of operation.There is a combination between the real option theory and the game theory in this article. This article study the investment decision-making by applying the option game theory in the power infrastructure projects of domestic BOT, which include the investment decision-making, licensing options and so on.This article mainly involves the following aspects:1. This article describes the real options theory and the game theory.2. This article shows that real options theory and the method is more feasible and applicable in the domestic BOT of the power infrastructure projects, in contrast, traditional method on investment decision.3. The option game theory,which combine the real option theory and the game theory, analysis licensing options and investment decision-making of in domestic BOT of the power infrastructure projects by using game theory model, and guide the government and investment enterprises.4. This article shows that the option game theory is feasible and applicable in the domestic BOT of the power infrastructure projects.
