Abstract


It is common phenomenon that creative activities exist and develop in clustering form.Therefore,the Regional Innovation Networks has become frontier problem of theoretic researching in both domestic and broad.It is needed to know the evolvement mechanism of innovation network and study its growing effect for those who will develop regional economy by way of innovation network.This research on the evolvement mechanism and growing effect of innovation network is done from some different angles of the question by theory and method of system engineering in this thesis.The study first from the describe of the Regional Innovation Network path and characteristics of each stage, through the analysis of the industrial district development model educe four path of the evolution process,and further analyzes the three stages of Regional Innovation Network and the characteristics of each stage. In the game analysis of Regional Innovation Network, focuses on the evolvement mechanism of two forms of the regional innovation network—crosswise relational network and longitudinal relational network, analysis the two forms of the regional innovation network by theoretical and Game Theory.Finally, back to reality, for cases on manufacturing of Heilongjiang Province, analysis the innovative actuality of manufacturing of Heilongjiang province and the construct of the innovation network. And based on this, puts forward the ideas and policy suggestions of innovation network manufacturing in heilongjiang province development. Epilogue, summarizing the issue, and point out the shortage of the issue.
