Abstract


With the "Eleventh Five-Year" Information Plan for the gradual implementation of construction projects, all ushered in the information technology university to another climax, the focus of its construction from a campus network in general as the representative of network infrastructure into " Card System", "College Applications "based digital campus construction. In the information construction process, we tend to emphasis on light hardware construction software construction, and as a digital campus is an important component of the support system but was not taken seriously, but with the further implementation of information technology, there are already more Recognizing the school operation and maintenance management and improve IT service capabilities of the importance and necessity of capital, personnel and system construction, and many attempts have been made effective.Firstly, the current ITIL learn more about the background and current situation at home and abroad, of the current university for IT service management related technology solutions, combined with Zhejiang Shuren University Digital Campus building of the actual situation, this paper proposed and technology research programs, that is based on ITIL IT service management architecture system of research and development platform.Through this study, the school’s IT service quality has been significantly improved, customer satisfaction has also been improved, the university information technology lay a solid foundation.
