Abstract

The coking wastewater composition is complex and contains a lot of organic pollutants, high color, the more difficult the biodegradation of the pollution problem has been the focus of the field of industrial and environmental. The depth of our country is on coke producing countries in the world, emissions from coking wastewater large, serious pollution to the environment, with the increase of the environmental protection efforts, the more stringent emission standards, water resources and the relative shortage of coking wastewater treatment is imperative . The province is the province of a relatively dry, the Government attaches considerable importance for the work of industrial wastewater treatment and reuse technology businesses to invest is also great, this topic is precisely in such a context, from the environmental technology projects in Shandong Province - regional sewage resources Chemical recycling research and demonstration, is one part. The papers to the COD cr and chroma key evaluation by coagulation, activated carbon adsorption, O 3 oxidation and biological filtration experiments coking wastewater treatment plant biochemical water were depth treatment study, based on single factor optimization experiments, the choice of the ozone oxidation - biological activated carbon adsorption, coagulation - activated carbon adsorption and coagulation - ozone oxidation of several processes, and control process for optimum operating conditions, coking wastewater treatment plant biochemical water treatment experimental study to analyze the feasibility of the process, a series of questions, turned into a preliminary study and the theoretical analysis of the depth of coking wastewater processing and resource. The experimental results show that: (1) PAC and PFS optimum pH values ??are 7.0; optimum coagulant dosage 6.0g / L and 5.5 g / L, respectively; COD cr removal rate of 44.83% and 38.71%, respectively, were 80.0%, color removal. (2) pH and temperature the chroma removal efficiency of activated carbon treatment the coking wastewater COD cr and not very big impact; activated carbon treatment works best, the best dosage of 20 g / L adsorption equilibrium time of 20 min. (3) ozone oxidation experiments best pass into time 35min, COD cr removal efficiency of 63.25%, color removal rate of 96%. (4) biological filtration the best experimental biological activated carbon treatment effect of COD cr removal efficiency of 51.90%, color removal rate of 80%. (5) five combinations of joint processing experiments can coking wastewater discharge standards, the best treatment effect of ozone oxidation - biological activated carbon adsorption process, ozone oxidation - activated carbon adsorption process followed the worst treatment effect PAC coagulation - activated carbon adsorption process.
