Abstract


With the energy crisis and environment pollute become more and more serious,thewind power as a kind of clean and extremely rich renewable energy,developmentpotential is very well in future. Many governments have invested a great amount ofworkforces and funds on research to product efficiency and security wind generators.To suppress the vibration and to reduce the impact on transmission system ofwind power gear box, it is an important issue to research on the dynamic characteristicsof the wind generator gear transmission system. Under the financially supported by theFoundation of State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Transmission, one type of1.5MW windpower gear box dynamics characteristic of transmission is considered as research objectand has been investigated, the gear box transmission system to reduce the impact andvibration method is put forward in this paper. The research has significant academic andpractical value. The main research works are as follows:First of all,the main types of internal and external stimulation are discussed fromthe point view of theory. It is emphasis on how to solve the time-varying mesh stiffnessand to calculate time-varying wind speed,which is the main influence the gear boxvibration.Secondly, the non-linear elastic dynamics model of a certain type1.5MW windgenerators gear transmission system is built using Lumped-mass method. Regarding thetorsion deflection of planet carrier and torsion deflection, radial deformation and axialdeformation of each helical gear,every parts forces are analyzed on the basis ofNewtonian mechanics and the system dynamic model is also built considered astime-varying mesh stiffness, error, bearing stiffness and gear surface friction.The gear system dynamic equations are solved by four orders Runge-Kutta method andare analyzed how to choice the solver ode and integral step.Finally, the displacement response of every components of wind gear box areanalyzed.The results are shown that the vibration amplitude mainly concern on inputtorque and rotate speed. To clearly understand the frequency components of gearboxvibration of wind power, the Fourier transformation of speed response time curve isdone. From the point view of the frequency domain, it is revealed the frequencycomponents how to effect of wind power gear box.
