With the rapid development of power electronics and increase for operation of electricalequipment and control performance requirement in types of organization, the requirements ofAC have increased, therefore, developing a high-quality AC power supply has becomingincreasingly important. In this paper, using digital signal processor TMS320F2812to control theAC power supply from the latest of TI company, and combining with the latest development ofmodern technology of power electronic devices, the IPM(Intelligent Power Module) is used asthe main power devices of the inverter, it realizes closed loop control for current and voltage bydetection circuit, current detection circuit adopts current sensor that produced byIR(International Rectifier) corporation.After finishing the hardware design, from the control signal’s point of view, for the qualityof inverter output wave, it is affected mainly by performance of SPWM, studying and realizingthe SPWM(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) wave based on DSP, and Using the Fourierseries model, it presents a method of estimating the parameters of amplitude and phase ofharmonics according to a PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization). The convergence of PSO isanalyzed, according to the principle of the best second order system, IPSO(Improved ParticleSwarm Optimization) is presented, under the same accuracy, it can improve convergence speed,it is used to the harmonics analysis. At the same time, it is discussed that the relationshipbetween carrier ratio and THD(Total Harmonic Distortion), finding out the selective rules ofcarrier ratio from their relationship. Hence, it makes the sinusoidal output high quality.The diversification of load character can also affect importantly the quality of inverteroutput wave, so the study on good static and dynamic performance with simple control strategyis a hot spot in power electronic fields. In this paper, with the theory of the output characteristicof AC, setting up the mathematical model of single-phase inverter and Matlab simulation model,combining the intelligent control with conventional control, improving the quality of inverteroutput wave through proposed dual-loop control of inverter based on IPSO, to compare withdual-loop control of inverter based on pole assignment, simulation results show that themodified algorithm has better quality waveform and stronger robust performance.In short, the paper provides effective ways for improving the quality of AC wave based on hardware and sofeware, and realizes function of frequency conversion and variable pressure,focusing on the realization of variable pressure. Experiment results are applied to many fields.
