Abstract

With the rapid development of modern industry, a large number of biodegradable organic matter discharged into the water, and increased processing difficulty, efficient and economical water treatment advanced oxidation technology came into being. In which ultrasonic degradation technical, photocatalytic degradation technology and ultrasonic - photocatalytic degradation has caused widespread concern of scholars in the field of the environment, is considered to be the most promising water treatment technologies. Procion Blue MX-R reactive dyes as model pollutants, preliminary study ultrasound, photocatalytic and ultrasonic - Photocatalytic its degradation kinetics model and examine the impact of different factors on three degradation process. Experimental results show that: (1) ultrasonic degradation of MX-R the: ① The mere ultrasonic method can not the MX-R bleaching; certain role in promoting the ultrasonic decolorization of MX-R plus metal salts; ② ultrasonic degradation of COD Cr dynamics process is divided into two stages for 0 3 at 0min and 30 1 20min stage, and the reaction of the different stages are in line with a kinetic learning mode; containing metal salts MX-R solution ultrasonic decolorization order kinetics model; ③ strong acidic conditions conducive to the ultrasonic degradation of MX-R COD Cr ; ④ ultrasonic power in the degradation of COD there is an optimal value Cr , the reaction rate constant absolute value increases with the increase of ultrasonic power when the ultrasonic power reached 400W ultrasonic power further increase the reaction rate constant k value decreases; ⑤ MX-R Ultrasonic degradation of COD Cr reaction stage, the reaction rate constant absolute value is the initial concentration of negative one or negative two kinetic reaction; ⑥ applied the same concentration of the metal cation conditions, the ultrasonic decolorization reaction rate constant k value relationship: the Fe 3 gt; Al 3 gt; Cu 2 gt ; Mn 2 gt; Na gt; K ; the ultrasonic decolorization reaction rate constant k value with Fe 3 ionic strength the increase, with Al 3 Cu 2 Mn 2 ionic strength increases first and then decreases with the the of Na , K ionic strength decreases; containing the same concentration of iron ions a different type anion molysite MX-R solution ultrasonic decolorization reaction rate The constants k value relationship: NO3-gt; Cl-gt; The SO 4 2 - ; the Fe 3 Join ultrasound MX-R degradation of COD Cr have a larger impact the when external Fe 3 ion intensity 0.015mol/kg, solution the of COD Cr go In addition to the best effect. (2) The photocatalytic degradation of MX-R: ① MX-R photocatalytic decolorization and degradation of COD Cr are in line with the first-order kinetics model; ② in alkaline conditions (pH = 10) favor light decolorization neutral conditions (pH = 7) is conducive to the photocatalytic degradation the COD Cr ; 3 TiO 2 dosage increases, the photocatalytic decolorization and COD < sub> Cr reaction rate constant k value increases when the TiO 2 dosage of 100mg / L, and then increase the dosage, reaction rate constant k value remained unchanged; the ④ MX-R photocatalytic decolorization and degradation of COD Cr reaction rate constant k value is negative 1.2 and negative 1.6 reaction of the initial concentration c 0; ⑤ photocatalytic system in Fe 3 to join, effectively trapping the light-generated electron system, inhibit photo-generated electrons and holes composite significantly promote the photocatalytic degradation of MX-R, Fe 3 < / sup> concentration of photocatalytic decolorization most conducive to 1.5mmol / L, Fe 3 0.5mmol / L concentration most conducive to the photocatalytic degradation the COD Cr . (3) ultrasonic - the photocatalytic technology degradation of MX-R: the 1 M XR ultrasonic - Photocatalytic decolorization and degradation of COD Cr are in line with the first-order kinetics model; ② decolorization and degradation of COD Cr reaction rate constant k value first decreases with the increase of the pH value increases; ③ As the ultrasonic power increases, the reaction rate constant k value first increases and then decreases; ④ With TiO 2 dosage increase, essentially unchanged after the first increases the reaction rate constant k value; ⑤ MX-R ultrasound - Photocatalytic decolorization and COD of Cr The reaction rate constant k value is negative 1.3 and negative 1.4 reaction of the initial concentration c 0; ⑥ ultrasonic - photocatalytic reaction process the Fe 3 , significantly promote the MX the ultrasound-R - Photocatalytic Decolorization but additional Fe 3 concentration Assembly interference determination of the value of COD Cr Fe 3 concentration of 0.25 mmol / L the ultrasonic most conducive to the MX-R - Photocatalytic Degradation. Comparison of three advanced oxidation technology based on the second chapter to the experimental study of the fifth chapter of the law of MX-R degradation analysis of ultrasonic synergy photocatalytic degradation process of the MX-R, explore Fe 3 on the role of the three advanced oxidation technology, the results showed that: ① The three advanced oxidation technology under the same factors Decolorization and degradation of the COD Cr reaction rate constant k values ??similar changes law; degradation of COD Cr than decolorization more vulnerable to the impact of the change in the experimental conditions; the Fe 3 added on the MX-R decolorization and COD Cr the role of the different degrees; photocatalytic ultrasonic - Photocatalytic Degradation MX-R is a first decolorization after decarburization process; ② In the process of ultrasonic - Photocatalytic Degradation MX-R, and the presence of ultrasound and photocatalytic synergies; ③ containing Fe 3 MX-R solution ultrasonic - Photocatalytic decolorization and degradation of COD Cr process, but also to achieve synergies between ultrasound and photocatalytic; ④ Fe 3 ultrasonic - photocatalytic degradation MX-R's role is mainly reflected in the light-induced electron capture.
