Abstract


Recent years, with the increasing development of high technology, specially information technology, the load which is incentive to electric power quality has been increasing largely, and the harm the electric power quality leads to stands out obviously. D-STATCOM, as an significant member of FACTS, play a remarkable role in reactive compensation and harmonics suppression.D-STATCOM based on digital control system is the main research field because of its low loss, high performance and high reliability. In order to improve real time and arithmetic capability effectively, the thesis proposes a master-slave structure which center is composed of two DSP.To compensate harmonic, reactive and unbalanced current in the distribution power system with D-STATCOM of three-phase four-bridge effectively. The paper studies on the control strategy of D-STATCOM harmonic detection method and current control strategy. The harmonic currents are detected by the ip-iq arithmetic based on the theory of instantaneous reactive power. The traditional hysteresis control has high switching frequency, For this reason, the paper proposes a variable band hysteresis current control strategy to solve the problem, finally, the simulation of D-STATCOM based on variable band hysteresis current control strategy under different load was analyzed with the software MATLAB/Simulink. The results show that the strategy was feasible.Data processing platform based on mater DSP TMS320F2812, RAM and slave DSP TMS320F2812has been established to implement the control strategy by writing control program, optimizing control structure. D-STATCOM model machine has been tested under unbalanced load, the results show that the variable band hysteresis control and harmonic detection in the paper is feasible.
