Abstract


With the depletion of traditional energy sources, wind energy as a clean, newenergy has been growing attention of the world, how to effectively monitor each fan inthe large-scale wind farm, the whole wind farm in a safe, reliable and economicenvironmentoperation becomes crucial [1]. Data monitoring system after years ofdevelopment, the control and data acquisition (SCADA) system, due to its goodeconomic, gradually been widely used in the field of energy equipment monitoring.In this paper, according to the actual needs of the project, the SCADA systemengineers in the past accumulated experience in the development of the data collectionand monitoring, access to energy monitoring system development, as the support of themost mature Java technology, design based on a common J2EE development ofSCADA wind power monitoring system, the system uses the the ideological mainstreamMVC hierarchical design, the entire development of the sub-processing and modularorganization of a unified and integrated data acquisition, remote monitoring and otherfunctions into a J2EE system, making the system maintenance and management costsare greatly reduced. In addition, due to the versatility and scalability of the J2EEplatform, eliminating the need for the development of the cost of the related components,to provide a guarantee for the rapid build of the system.When the system put into use, it could reduce the difficulty of the use of windpower SCADA system operator, reducing the learning time, the system is described bythe front-end wind farm site SCADA system designed for the details of thecharacteristics of the wind power SCADA system monitoring center software platform.Wind farm front-end data acquisition, information management, management oftopographic maps and remote access capabilities to better meet the needs of themonitoring and management of wind farms [1], to improve the effectiveness of thecompany, with strong prospects for some and value
