Abstract


Business production will cost generation , cost has become one of the factors to the success of the competition in relations enterprises . Therefore, how to better control costs for enterprises is very necessary . Deloitte China and the China Metallurgical Industry Economic Development Research Center study released report shows that in the next few years , China 's iron and steel enterprises will face huge cost pressure , lowering the efficiency and management of earnings to become a long - term effort . Public sector Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. is a large-scale private enterprises in Tangshan region , with the iron and steel enterprises to further deepen the restructuring and development of the enterprises themselves , participate in market competition , especially in weak cost management . From the simple formula of \Cost control has become an important means to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises , and the best way . This article as a typical example of a public sector company , the use of cost control and other basic theory , through the analysis of the cost of public sector companies to control the status quo as well as the problems start to explore effective ways to control costs of the public sector : establish a new concept of product cost control and conduct comprehensive cost control analysis , on the basis of empirical research to explore the cost management and cost control model building , and to provide a reference for the operation and development of the public sector companies .
