Abstract


With the acceleration of the integration process of the world economy and the adjustment of the policy of the Chinese steel industry, iron and steel enterprises are facing competitive pressures are growing, and enterprises in order to gain a competitive advantage in the market, it must be combined with the characteristics of their own businesses to improve their competitiveness paper chain group from the iron and steel industry as a starting point to extend to the industry as a whole cluster effect. Competition among enterprises is not just raw materials, such as upstream competition, talent, technology, information, process management, enterprise resource optimization integration, more important is the development of enterprises in the specific macro and micro environment and there is the relationship between competition and cooperation among enterprises. Iron and steel enterprises belonging to a particular industry, so to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises must be analyzed in the economic background of the country and the international economic environment of the industry and the policies of the different national conditions, view this article - industrial chain clusters of . This article is to discuss the background research status quo of domestic and international industrial chain and industrial clusters, the ultimate end is how to build the iron and steel enterprises in the industrial chain and industrial clusters and the development of enterprise development strategies to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper begins with industry analyzes, then combined with the analysis of the corporate status quo, and the factor analysis, structural analysis, analysis of the multiplier effect of these analytical tools to draw iron and steel enterprises to implement the feasibility and necessity of the industry chain group. Finally, the specific iron and steel enterprises, to come to build the industry chain cluster mode, make the appropriate technical and policy support. The main contents of this can be summarized as follows: The first chapter is mainly on the research background, significance and suitable conditions, domestic and foreign experts and research in the field of the research status of the authority, an overview of the basic framework of the thesis, research methods and innovation. The second chapter outlines the theoretical basis for industrial clusters. This chapter is mainly theoretical support to build the overall framework of this article, the combination of macro and micro methods used in the analysis. Chapter elaborated have the condition of the iron and steel enterprises, enterprises macro economic and policy conditions in the quantitative analysis of recent data, come to the feasibility of the enterprise group of construction industry chain. Chapter IV sets out the framework of the construction industry chain group of the strategic objectives, the specific implementation steps. Chapter V with case, detailing the construction of the implementation mechanism of the industry chain group. Chapter VI made a brief discussion on the construction of the iron and steel enterprises in the industry chain cluster long way to go, and make policy recommendations. In short, the iron and steel enterprises to enhance their competitiveness in the realistic context of industrial development, and its purpose is to provide theoretical and practical guidance through this study to enhance the competitiveness and the strategic choice for Wuhan Iron and Steel.
