Currently, the world tourism industry is booming, which is a big trend. Tourism development requires a lot of tourism personnel who have a profound theoretical basis, a humble attitude and superior skills practice. However, despite the demand for that, tourism companies are just simply considering value and profit created by the industry, rather than consider how to cultivate the tourism industry expertise. So this kind of talent need tourism educational institutions to supply, that is to say, the strong institutions of higher learning should take the responsibilities. Therefore, colleges and universities undertake the task to train travel industry expertise and supply the excellent tourism expertise. In that process, the ability of practice in working after graduation is particularly important. However, the tourism personnel training still exists a lot of problems, which is that the problem of our tourism management model of professional practice at undergraduate level are prominent.In the introduction part, I analyze the causes and significance of the topic, and then I review the relevant literature, and summarize the research methods briefly.In conclusion, the paper is based on the law of cognition and experiential teaching, and directed by relevant theories and other professional knowledge. Combining with tourism management practices related to the teaching of literature and domestic and foreign literature, I discussed the practice pattern of China’s tourism management at the undergraduate-level in details.
