Abstract

The rare earth phosphate is an extremely important class of rare earth compounds. Because of its good chemical stability, thermal stability and unique structural characteristics, as well as unique photocatalytic activity, sensitivity characteristics, magnetic properties, the gas sensing properties and good electrical conductivity, etc., to make it in the magneto-optical material, the magnetoresistive material, optical materials, dielectric materials, laser materials, absorption materials, catalysts and chemical sensors have a wide range of applications. By their size and morphology of the performance of nanomaterials, has aroused widespread concern in recent years can be controlled synthesis of rare earth phosphate. But few have reported on the synthesis of the super-structure of rare earth phosphate synthesis of super-structure is difficult to use a simple method widely. The thesis phosphate as a phosphorus source, mixed solvothermal access the different structures of rare earth phosphate ultra structural materials, and by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X - ray spectroscopy (EDS), infrared spectroscopy (FITR), thermogravimetry - differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) and fluorescence spectra (PL) prepared samples were characterized. Conducted a preliminary analysis and discussion of the formation mechanism of the synthetic products as well as some performance. The main content of this paper is as follows: dysprosium phosphate super structure Synthesis and Magnetic Properties of tributyl phosphate and chloride dysprosium as the starting reactants, prepare a three-dimensional flower-like of dysprosium super phosphate mixed Solvothermal structure. SEM results show that the particle size of the super-structure of the prepared DYSPROSIUM about 500 nm, is composed of many nanosheets, more uniform morphology. A series of one-dimensional linear dysprosium coordination polymer is obtained under different reaction temperatures, and the influence of the temperature on the morphology and the luminous intensity is investigated by SEM and fluorescence spectra of testing means, results showed that as the reaction time extended, the light emitting strength growing. The amount of reaction temperature, tributyl phosphate and surfactants on the morphology of the reaction product. The results showed that the amount of tributyl phosphate has little effect on the morphology, reaction temperature and surfactant greater impact on product morphology. Prepared under the existing conditions in THF with a uniform rice-like macroporous DYSPROSIUM superstructures. The impact on the morphology of the reaction time, and sodium lauryl sulfate add. Another preliminary analysis and discussion of the possible formation mechanism of the flower-shaped rice-like dysprosium super phosphate structure, and their optical and magnetic properties of the study and exploration. . Synthesis of of Europium super structure and its optical performance study of tributyl phosphate and europium chloride as a reactant synthesized at 160 ℃ by mixing Solvothermal one-dimensional europium coordination polymers and walnut-shaped Europium superstructure. Reaction time, the amount of tributyl phosphate and other factors on the morphology of the reaction product, and optical properties of one-dimensional europium coordination polymers and Europium super structure. Under the same conditions, using a different organic phosphate as a phosphorus source, and synthesized having a novel morphology, Europium micro / nano structure. 3 Synthesis of the micro / nano-structures of the other rare earth phosphate synthesized by hydrothermal method using a mixed solvent of a series of lanthanide phosphate LnPO4 (Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Er, Yb, and Y and Tb) micro / nano structure. Means the synthesized samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that the light and heavy rare earth elements, phosphate have similar morphology and structure, light REE phosphates are monoclinic phase crystal structure, while the heavy REE phosphates are cubic phase crystal structure.
