Abstract

Filled with polymer / inorganic nanocomposite materials , the size of the filler material inorganic phase is not more than 100nm, this material belongs to a useful performance emerging advanced materials . With superior thermal and mechanical properties of the polymer-based nanocomposites in recent years attracted unprecedented attention to academia and industry , combined with its advantage of polymer matrix composites , more than one-component polymer or the superior performance of nano - inorganics filler . Polyimide is widespread concern, due to its excellent thermal oxidation stability , mechanical properties , high glass transition temperature and good solvent resistance . Take this performance polyimide (PI) has a very wide range of applications in the electrical and electronic fields . Recently , polyimide has been successfully used in organic - inorganic hybrid materials field . Organic - inorganic hybrid material is a new material , which combines the inorganic phase (having a heat resistance, and maintain its mechanical properties at high temperatures and low thermal expansion properties ) and the organic polymer matrix ( with a hard , scalability and processability performance) of the excellent performance. In the process of this thesis , the successful utilization reign polymerization synthesis PI / nano- SiO 2 composites . In the synthesis process, the first , nano SiO 2 sub > particles using atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) be modified, the obtained polyamide (PAA) is coated on a flat glass surface , in the imidization process Next, a heating process is performed . Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and other analytical testing methods were used to study the structure and surface morphology of the composite film . After the test analysis found after atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) modified nano - SiO 2 < / sub > particle the ideal dispersion effect , in the polyimide matrix inside reunion .
