Abstract


In the economic integration and economic globalization in today's society , industry clusters for national and regional development is increasingly plays an important and irreplaceable role in the development of industrial clusters directly affect the national and regional stability and development , therefore, the domestic outside many scholars , research institutions and government departments for industry cluster studies gave great attention. However, the healthy development of industrial clusters within the cluster enterprises at the micro level interactions integrated reflected at the macro level , in turn, the healthy development of industrial clusters will promote through its cluster effect the development of enterprises in the cluster , so in order reveal how clusters affect the development of enterprises in the cluster to prove the role of industrial clusters in the development of enterprises in the cluster mechanism, research industry cluster impact on the relationship between corporate performance cluster becomes urgent. This paper analyzes the industrial clusters and access to industry clusters impact on firm performance studies at home and abroad , obtained cluster impact on enterprise performance studies inadequacies ; Then , focusing on analysis of the evolution of industrial cluster and its systematic nature in-depth study of the industrial cluster interactions between enterprises , and analyzes the industrial clusters on the role of enterprises in the cluster process , obtained clusters on firm performance impact mechanism ; then, build industry clusters and business performance described the index system is proposed cluster impact on firm performance assumptions , the establishment of the industrial cluster effect on the performance of enterprises in the cluster structural equation model and analyze the applicability of structural equation model , the solution conditions and the results of evaluation criteria ; Finally, select the Shanghai pharmaceutical manufacturing industry cluster as empirical objects , the use of established structural equation model of industrial cluster effect on firm performance assumptions empirical analysis , theoretical and practical aspects of the empirical results on the right gives a reasonable explanation , ultimately based on empirical analysis of the results , combined with Shanghai pharmaceutical manufacturing industry cluster of the actual situation, put forward Shanghai pharmaceutical manufacturing industry cluster business performance improvement suggestions.
