Abstract

Perylene derivatives have excellent light , thermal and chemical stability, from the visible to the infrared region has a strong absorption of light , and the fluorescence quantum yield, is a kind of performance specific molecular electronics materials . Due to the high fluorescence quantum yield , high light fastness and chemical stability, easy modification , and therefore their luminescence properties and other photophysical properties has always been a very active research topic . This thesis was designed and synthesized to connect NIT class nitroxides perylene derivatives , and their photophysical properties were studied . Paper include the following: Chapter One: Overview of molecular fluorescence probe classification mechanism and perylene derivatives , nature research status, common metal ion detection, and NIT class nitroxides Research. Perylene derivatives with fluorescent signal unit to nitroxide radicals constructed to identify the molecular detection of metal ions as fluorescent probes main contents of this paper . Chapter Two: We have designed and synthesized a series of perylene -based fluorescent probe nitrogen oxygen free radicals , and studied their identification with the role of metal ions , the study found they Fe 3 sup> have more good selectivity, but Fe 3 sup> weak interaction , we try to introduce imide bit stronger interaction with the metal ions to assist group radicals and the role of metal ions . Through continuous exploration , found bit in the imide nitrogen and oxygen free radicals in synergy effect of metal ions have identified a group of several synthesized perylene derivative, the initial exploration of these compounds with metal ions interactions. Study found that when introducing imide bit N-(2 - aminoethyl ) pyridine amide compound 10 that , for most metal ions have a role in the initial realization of our design ideas . Chapter III : Synthesis of a novel compound 18 , to explore a perylene derivative and NIT class free radical nitroxide covalently connection, initial exploration of these compounds interact with metal ions was studied on perylene derivatives multilocus and identify groups at different sites on the metal ion recognition and effect .
