Objective:This paper aims to observe the BYHWD of ischemia stroke clinical efficacy, discusses its mechanism. The research also survey and evaluate the levels of serum HCY. This study measured plasma Hey levels before and after treatment, from the clinical side of medicine Yiqihuoxue recovery of ischemic stroke patients with Hey Qi and blood stasis, and to explore Yiqihuoxue treatment of ischemic stroke, the efficacy of Qi and blood stasis mechanisms to clinical applications of the scientific method basis.Methods:Select the recovery of ischemic stroke60patients were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group of30patients (BHD group),30patients (Methycobal group), before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, signs, treatment degree of neurological deficit before and after integration, comparison of efficacy of TCM symptoms and its relationship with changes in Hey levels. Results:Clinical trial group83%of the total efficiency of the control group, the total clinical effective rate was47%, compared the two groups was significant difference(P <0.01); dgree of neurological deficit after treatment, changes in test points compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); After treatment, the experimental group improved TCM and TCM syndrome score compared with the control group, respectively, were significantly lower, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Experimental group can reduce blood fat, improve hemorheology, reduced Hey, compared with the control group significantly (P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:BYHWD can reduce cholesterol, lower blood viscosity, lower blood Hey levels, protect vascular endothelial cells, delaying the formation of atherosclerosis, recovery for the treatment of ischemic stroke have a significant effect.
