Abstract


Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianpitiaozhong Tang onfunctional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach weakness syndrome and explore the mechanismof which from theoretical and clinical aspects．Methods：60cases with functional dyspepsia were divided into two groups atrandom：the treatment group30cases and the control group30cases．In two groupsof patients with sex, age, course of disease and other aspects have not obviousdifference, with comparable（P>0.05）. The former was given Jianpitiaozhong Tang（huangqi30g dangshen18g fulin18g shanyao24g chaobaizhu15g shengma6gchaihu6g zhiqiao9g muxiang6g sharen6g jineijin9g gancao6g）while the latter wasgiven Renshenjianpi Wan. In4weeks for1courses， each group ultrasonicobserving were observed after the treatment．Results：1.After all clinical data were counteded with statistics,we found that inthe treatment group，12cases recovered and14cases significantly improved，(thusthe effectual rate is86.67%),2cases improved. The total effective rate in thetreatment group is93.3%. In the control group，5cases recovered and10casessignificantly improved，(thus the effectual rate is50%),7cases improved，The totaleffective rate in the control group is73.3%.The treatment group is better than thecontrol group (P<O.05).2.The TCM symptoms total score after treatment of two groups havesignificantly different with the TCM symptoms total score before treatment (P< O.01)，and treatment group on improvement in TCM symptoms total score havemore than the control group(P<0.01).3. After two groups cure we found that,to compare with prior treatment,improvingon stomach fullness、torpid intake and lack of strength prior to the treated group（P<0.05）;Belly swell、nausea vomiting、thin stool pond are improveded ondifferent degree(P<0.01).4. The end of treatment were followed up for6months to observe the relapserate was19.23%,control group,the recurrence rate was53.33%,the two groups wasstatisticaly signficant di fference in recurrence rate(P<0.05)，observe the longterm efficacy than thecontrol group．Conclusion：Jianpitiaozhong Tang is an effective drug of treating functionaldyspepsia of spleen-stomach weakness which Mechanism might have relations withaccommodating gastrointestinal motility, protecting of gastric mucosa,loweringvisceral hypersensitivity,adjusting the hormone of stomach intestine．
