Abstract


Objeetive: A retrospective study of chronic viral hepatitis B by therapy of traditionalChinese medicine TCM Prevention and treatment of the disease, to provide reference forthe treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Method: Acquisition of patients with chronic hepatitis B clinical information, theapplication of data mining technology to analyze, summarize the features of chronichepatitis B clinical information, which cure method of distribution.Result:1. Qingli method is most widely used, its application frequency of44.2%.2. Shugan application frequency of32.4%.3. Huoxue application frequency of8%..4. Other methods include:Jianpi application frequency of7.4%，Zishen application frequency of3.2%，Yangyinapplication frequency of3.2%，Sanjie application frequency of0.6%，Fanghua applicationfrequency of为0.6%，Lishui application frequency of0.3%。Conclusion:1. Qingli method for damp heat pathogen or the outer, or group within the mainetiological factors and pathogenesis, in order to achieve the purpose of Qingre Qushi jiedu.2. In the treatment of liver disease liver method application, homeopathic guidance,make liver section free, to restore its natural regeneration, lifting its Qi stasis disease state,in order to facilitate the rehabilitation of the disease.3. And activating blood circulation method for liver qi stagnation, and collaterals block, for a long time is Cheng Yu’s disease, can improve the state of blood stasis inpatients with.4. Chronic viral hepatitis B complicated clinical manifestations, disease differ fromman to man, the flexible use of other treatment reflects traditional Chinese medicinesyndrome differentiation advantage, reflects the disease traditional Chinese medicine lawcategory.
