Energy is an important material basis for human survival and development, since 2 1 century, energy-saving and emission reduction has become the common goal of the countries in the world, has been a lot of development and application of thermal insulation material. Xonotlite type calcium silicate has excellent performance, low thermal conductivity, light weight, high strength, high temperature insulation materials become the most promising one. This paper studies the the dynamic hydrothermal formation of calcium silicate the xonotlite type, and study the impact of different additives on the the product crystallization properties and morphology. By thermal analysis, thermal conductivity test to determine its thermal insulation properties, Xonotlite fiber obtained as the thermal insulation properties of the additives of coatings. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the use of dynamic hydrothermal method to take the the hard xonotlite calcium silicate, the activity of siliceous raw materials plays a decisive role in the formation of hydrothermal products. Amorphous silica activity Xonotlite crystalline intact fibers, and ease of preparation, it is more difficult to form a hollow secondary particles ball; the crystalline SiO 2 active low, require a longer holding time, is more difficult to get a perfect crystal xonotlite fiber. Calcareous materials have a greater impact on the obtained xonotlite calcium silicate crystallinity 1000 ° C calcined CaCO 3 get CaO on the hydrothermal synthesis xonotlite crystal is more favorable and better crystallinity. The reaction temperature and time have a great impact on the hydrothermal reaction product, 220 ° C when the reaction 30 h can be obtained crystallized intact xonotlite fiber as a raw material by silica gel SiO 2 raw materials to 50 h incubation to the better crystalline xonotlite crystal. Thermal analysis showed that the sample obtained in 100 1 sup> 000 ° C having a good stability, has good high-temperature thermal insulation properties. (2) the type and amount of additives the xonotlite type calcium silicate formation and morphology has a great impact. XRD and SEM show that the right amount of CTAB, V 2 O 5 silica gel and the new system can induce CaO formed the good crystallinity hollow xonotlite secondary particles, CaCl 2 is not conducive to Xonotlite stone formation; CaCl 2 , Sr (NO 3 ) 2 , ZrOCl 2 dosage is not conducive to more the crystalline SiO 2 reaction generated xonotlite type calcium silicate, CTAB F1 2 other surface active agent is not conducive to the xonotlite the formed, but an appropriate amount of KOH to promote the xonotlite the generate and form a hollow secondary particles. This is due CTAB can reduce the wettability of the surface of the siliceous material and thus the reaction activity is decreased, there is conducive to silica gel system formed the hollow XONOTLITE secondary particles, to the detriment of the hard the crystalline SiO 2 system the formation of calcium silicate stone; Add the appropriate amount of KOH in favor the crystalline SiO 2 of dissolution, which is conducive to the formation of xonotlite. (3) the use of emulsion polymerization prepared styrene-acrylic emulsion and acrylic emulsion styrene-acrylic emulsion with homemade to add xonotlite type calcium silicate as a filler, thermal insulation coating was prepared. Of xonotlite paint to add xonotlite fiber thermal conductivity test results the the room warm xonotlite conductivity can reached 0.0488W / (m · K), Add xonotlite fiber The conductivity of the coating chamber was warmed approximately 0.050 W / (m · K)].
