Objective:According to the basic theory of Yin and Yang, acute urticaria Should choose Divergent medicine instead of convergence medicine. In order to prove that the scientific theory of traditional Chinese medicine, We carry out the Quantifiable and repeatability Traditional Chinese medicine screening tests in acute urticaria patients, with double controls of experimental group(Divergent Chinese Medicine),control group(Convergence Chinese Medicine) and Quality-control instrument standard substance "mebe".Method:Adopt Germany MORA-Super bio-resonance instrument (medical mode)as objective index, Choose the acute phase urticaria30cases for volunteers, Screening test for Divergent and convergence Chinese traditional medicine. In this experiment,35kinds of Chinese traditional medicine are put into the instrument one by one,we tested30cases of patients with acute phase urticaria respectively and recorded its numerical value.To observe the results whether conform to traditional Chinese medicine basic theory of Yin and Yang (That is the acute phase urticaria be elected divergent Chinese medicine)Result:1. Divergent Chinese Traditional Medicine(experimental group):there are23kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs altogether,and22kinds of positive herbs were screened,accounting for95.65%of all Divergent Chinese medicine.Among them,there have8kinds herbs which were appeared more than50%:Radix Saposhnikoviae27times, periostracum cicadae24times, chingchich23times, Fructus Viticis20times,flower bud of lily magnolia20times, asarum19times, Xanthium sibiricum18times, Great Burdock Achene18times.2. Convergence Chinese Traditional Medicine(control group):there are12kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs altogether. All the numerical of herbs are less than100,the Chinese herbal medicine were:Cornus officinalis, red halloysite, lotus seed, dark plum, shizandra berry, gordon euryale seed, Galla Chinensis, nutmeg, myrobalan, mantis egg-case, raspberry, Cherokee rose,there are all Convergence Chinese Traditional Medicine.3. The comparison about frequency of numerical is100between experimental group and control group, In the Divergent Chinese Traditional Medicine,only the Fermented Soybean’s frequency is0, in the Convergence Chinese Traditional Medicine,everyone’s frequency is0.4. In the acute urticaria patients,The average of the40points’ EAP is above50, And the more serious symptoms,the higher values of EAP.Conclusion:1. With Biological resonance technology, experimental group(Divergent Chinese Traditional Medicine)and control group (Convergence Chinese Traditional Medicine)of the30cases acute phase urticaria patients,and quality control,about standard substance Mebe,it turned out that the results about numerical for100of the Chinese traditional medicine, which accord with Chinese medicine theory of Yin and Yang of divergent Chinese traditional medicine and we can choose Divergent Chinese Traditional Medicine (experimental group)to treat acute urticaria.To the contrary, Convergence Chinese Traditional Medicine(control group)can’t be chosen,should not be used for the divergence treatment of urticaria.Convergence is Yin, divergent is Yang, the Opposite theory between yin and yang inTCM is scientific.2. The experiment used Biological resonance technology and carried out objective research on Yin-Yang theory in TCM.lt would be expected to provide scientific test method of Modern technology in traditional Chinese medicine basic theory research.
