Abstract


Walker training machine for lower extremity functional disorder patients standing walking training and enhanced lower limb function rehabilitation equipment belonging to a rehabilitation robot . Designed to help in the subject line training machine is a new type of rehabilitation medical equipment, mainly for hemiplegia , specially developed by the lower limbs of patients with movement disorders . Designed walker training machine mechanical structure and electrical drive control system , and the main part of the design of the electrical drive control . This innovation: 1, DSP and other electrical control technology used in rehabilitation aids ; DSP ??, PID and PWM control technology combined used in brushless DC motor control . Firstly, walker training machine mechanical structure design , using SolidWorks software design , describes the function of the walker training machine . Then, the control system design , the drive motor selection and determine the system uses a double loop speed control system , PID control strategy and PWM control technology . Third, according to the study of theoretical analysis and control strategy , the control of the drive system hardware build intelligent power module ( IPM ) , power - driven devices , TI's DSP - based controller . Fourth , by Matlab / Simlink software to establish an independent functional modules , and then the organic combination of functional modules , to build a motor control system simulation model , screened to determine the PID control parameters , and written in assembly language and C language corresponding procedures, the software implementation. The software design is modular in design , all-digital speed control of the motor . Finally, the article describes the master controller debugging environment and oscilloscopes and other laboratory equipment , experimental waveforms and analysis of the experimental results . Experimental results show that this paper, the design of a walker training machine control system has good performance, and achieves the desired design requirements and provide a good foundation and reference for subsequent research .
