Hybrid cars are the main stage, the development of new energy vehicles, the direction , the motor controller is a hybrid electric vehicle to achieve high efficiency performance driven core devices. In this paper, hybrid cars with permanent magnet synchronous motor for the study, design motor controller hardware and software systems . Firstly, a car with permanent magnet synchronous motor and controller core analyzes automotive application status of permanent magnet synchronous motor , in-depth study of the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motors and space vector control principle , and vector control involves transform the coordinates deduced . Second, this study permanent magnet synchronous motor control strategies to MTPA and id = 0, id lt; 0 Several control strategies based to calculate these types of permanent magnet synchronous motor control strategies in the primary motor performance parameters, If the torque equation , the current size , dynamic response, steady state response and so on. According to theoretical studies and calculations, the MATLAB / Simulink environment, the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system modeling and simulation , detailed study of the difficulties of the vector system modeling module and the coordinate transformation SVPWM module . In the simulation experiment , id = 0 for the MTPA and two control strategies were compared . Third, the theoretical study and simulation experiment was designed based on a hybrid car with a permanent magnet synchronous motor motor controller hardware and software. TMS320F2812 control system as the core, including the resolver interface circuit , the current signal processing circuit , CAN bus communication circuit , an inverter driver circuit , the protection circuit and other peripheral circuits , and the inverter power switching element . In the experimental platform for the text of the theoretical calculations and control strategy for the actual verification.
