Abstract

The brushless DC motor is a new type of motor to become so in recent years, with the rapid development of microelectronics and power electronics technology , due to its high power density , easy to control and subject to a wide range of applications . However, due to the electromagnetic factors , cogging , armature reaction , and it can not be immediately commutation larger brushless DC motor torque ripple due to the role of the inductance and back-EMF when the current commutation . These torque ripple limit the application of the brushless DC motor speed control, high positional accuracy occasion . In this paper, the brushless DC motor torque ripple suppression to carry out research , some effective measures to suppress the torque ripple . This paper studies the goal is to use the new control strategy to suppress the torque ripple of brushless DC motor . Papers from the basic aspects of the brushless DC motor , working principle and operating characteristics , as well as the transfer function begins , briefly brushless DC motor torque ripple suppression method . According to the mathematical model of the brushless DC motor , built its system simulation model and analysis of simulation results . For torque ripple cyclical characteristics , using iterative learning control to suppress the torque ripple of the brushless motor . Speed ??iterative learning control and torque iterative learning control two programs . In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method , also established a brushless DC motor model in Matlab / Simulink platform , simulation theory , through analysis and simulation results of the two control schemes It can be seen that although the realization of the principle of the two programs are different , but equally effective in reducing torque ripple , fully proved the correctness and validity of the proposed method . Finally, a summary of this work , made ??the prospect of the development direction of the brushless DC motor .
