The incidence of infection is related with pathological category, clinical stages, chemotherapy and neutrophils; Rituximab don’t increase the incidence of severe infection; the incidence of infection is undifferentiated in different group of age,,meanwhile mortality is notable different. Elderly patients, longer antibiotics treatment, large dose of glucocorticoid and longer agranulocytosis are the risk factors for the infectionConclusion□the incidence and mortality of infection in our center’s patients are close to that in patients with acute leukemia;the risk factors are instructive to the clinical care and prevention.
