Abstract


Urban water supply network system is the critical infrastructure of the city, plays an irreplaceable role in the people's production and life. With the economic and social development, water supply, security issues and more attention. However, the growing water pollution situation in China as well as other uncertainties, resulting in water pollution emergency frequent, posed a severe challenge to the safety of the water supply system reliability. In order to improve the safety and reliability of the water supply system, Water supply has become a trend. For burst water pollution events, each region developed a number of contingency plans measures. Water supply pipe network system for sudden water pollution positive optimal scheduling is an important measure. Traditional water supply pipe network hydraulic model, the node traffic is based on water demand given a certain value, it is difficult to simulate water burst contaminated water supply operating conditions. For the deficiencies of the traditional hydraulic model, from the perspective of node traffic node traffic is divided into two parts of the node actual water consumption and amount of node dropout, and establish its relationship with the water supply pressure built up to be able to simulate the amount of water supply conditions water supply pipe network hydraulic model. Binding model gives the expression of the water pollution accident the node water supply to meet the rate and comprehensive evaluation method of water supply system in the water when the accident failed to assess the extent. Solved through the pipe network calculation example analysis, we found that the water supply pipe network hydraulic model can accurately simulate the pipe network normal operating conditions, water pollution incidents when supply is insufficient operating conditions at the same time also capable of simulating. In order to optimize the deployment of a sudden water pollution when the supply is insufficient water supply system, the three scheduling objectives: (1) improve the water supply to meet the rate of key users in the important period; (2) reduce the amount of pipe network dropout and improve the actual pipe network water consumption; (3) reduce the pumping station operating costs. Open state and the speed ratio of the pumps in the pump station time as decision variables, build a pollution of the water burst in Water supply pipe network system optimization scheduling model, and improved non-controlling sorting genetic algorithm to solve. On this basis, a water source by assuming that an unexpected accident occurs, for deployment optimization accident analysis, to provide guidance for water incidents in Water supply pipe network system scheduling decisions.
