Abstract

Stage of China's large cities facing population density, land tension, low resource utilization, energy supply is not concentrated, transportation systems unreasonable environmental degradation and many other issues. Therefore, China's major cities are faced with enormous challenges, and high-rise high-density housing should be a strategy to alleviate these problems, but due to its own characteristics in terms of habitability, there are still some problems, so these papers research issues, trying to suggest some solutions to effectively enhance the high-rise high-density residential livability, to meet the current needs of the living context. This paper describes a high-density environment of high-rise residential livability research background and significance, as well as China's current high-rise high-density residential research status and development trend. Discrimination and corrected high-rise high-density housing people confusing concepts related misunderstanding. Reference to existing domestic and foreign high-rise high-density range of the division, combined with our residential development status of China's top draw high density range, in order to define the concept of high-rise high-density residential. Overview of Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, China in this regard the development process, combined with the relevant theoretical results, summary and lessons from high-density high-rise development experience. Secondly, China's social economy, including (sociodemographic, family structure, consumption patterns, economic structures, policies, etc.); China's ecological environment, including (environmental carrying capacity, ecological footprint, environmental quality, etc.); including our regional culture (cultural cognition, living habits, geographical features, etc.); China's building environment, including (facility level, living standards, etc.), and many other high-density environments affect high-rise residential livability related factors were analyzed in detail. In response to these related factors, from high-rise high-density residential occupants physiological and psychological aspects of two high-rise high-density residential livability for research and discussion. Finally, according to high-density high-rise residential environments livability studies, summarized in high-rise high-density residential livability design aspects of the design principles and methods, including architectural interior design and architectural design both exterior space summary. Through the above analysis and the final study concluded that, although the high-density environments due to its high-rise residential and environmental impact of many factors, it decreased livability in a sense, but on the whole we are not not grasp I believe this analysis and research, will enable us to rise high density residential design to be more careful consideration, to overcome negative factors, to create a livable level of high-density living environment and architecture.
