Try to illustrate that Ultrasonic therapy has high efficiency in penetrating the compound Chinese medicine, and to find a new way of Chinese medicine external application in treating knee os teoarthr i t is.Method:Collect60patients who meet the Diagnostic criteria as well as the inclusion criteria. Divide these patients into control and treatment group according to random principle. Each group has30patients. The treatment group has16men and14women, the control group has13men and17women. Patients in the treatment group are treat with ultrasonic therapy, as well the control group are treat with the external application of Chinese medicine. Both groups are treat two times one day and25minutes for each time,14times for a period treatment. In the gap of a week, begin with the second and last treatment. Evaluating efficacy after each treatment.Result:Between the two groups, gender, age、 VAS and Lequesne index before the therapy are good balance, no statistically significant differences (P>0.05), with comparability.
