Abstract


[Objective]:to follow-up study of three head injection calf muscle contrature calf muscles to children skeleton development and influence of operation and conservative treatment, evaluation method and effect of the different age stages the selection of treatment, and further study the disease on the legs and the impacts of forward prevention and treatment effect.[Methods]:a retrospective analysis1branch in January2007to December2009were35cases during the injection three heads of crus muscle contrature patients for clinical data.[Results]:this disease have no obvious gap between men and women. Think of the disease and the doctor injected a direct relationship between the habit, therefore, the prevention of disease points clear, according to different age select different treatment method, functional exercise combined with loose solution that surgical treatment effect is obvious.[Conclusion]:this disease low incidence, but KeYuFangXing strong, according to different age and the clinical characteristics of patients, grasp their surgical indications, the choice to adapt its treatment, for injection three heads of crus muscle contrature treatment has the extremely vital significance.
