Abstract


In oder to provide the theory basis and the technical support for the cultivation of Chrysanthemum Morifolium (Ramat) in Henan province,the dry matter accumulation and the absorption,accumulation,distribution characteristics of N,P and K from C.morifolium plants,and the effect of growth and yield and quality in different fertilizers and ratio have been studied for two years from 2009 to 2010 in planting base of Henan province,adopted field experiment and laboratory analysis methods,the main research results as follows:1.In potato-fertilizer conditions,the dry matter accumulation of C.morifolium plants was increased with the growth period,and gradually increased to the highest in bolls,which accounting for 37.42% of the whole growth,and the dry matter of root in different part of plant was the least.The content of N,P,K in roots,stems and leaves presented“low-high-low”trend,and the nutrient contents were started to decline from the stage of flower differentiation period.The order of total accumulative absorption amount of N,P,K nutrients on C.morifolium plants was N>K>P.The N,P,K nutrients were mainly distributed in leaves,and followed by stems in the stage of early growth,and that were mainly distributed in buds and flowers in the stage of late growth of C.morifolium plants.It would absorb and take N,12.17kg,P,4.56kg,K,7.16kg from the soil in the whole growth of C.morifolium plants.2. The order of different inorganic fertilizers which effected the growth and yield of C.morifolium plants was N>K>P.The N and K manures had significant effected the total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid contents of C.morifolium flower,when P manures has none significant differences.The treatment 5,processing N2P2K3,which applied N,24kg,P2O5,12kg,K2O,24kg per acre,was the optimal combination that could increase the yield and higher the quality of C.morifolium flower.The inorganic fertilizer which would have the maximum profit as N,27.41kg,P2O5,11.58kg,K2O,19.32kg per acre.3.The C.morifolium flower had the highest yield when used the treatment as organic manure,200kg,and N,27kg,and P2O5,12kg,and K2O,19kg. The highest yield reached 135.96kg/mu , which increased 281.87% compared with none fertilizer.The improper fertilizer of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium manures would decline the quality of C.morifolium flower,but it was fertilized with organic manure and N,P,K compounds.The effect of yield and quality of C.morifolium flower when inorganic manure cooperated with organic manure was consistented
