Province,according to local farmers’ fertilization habits placed two different fertilizer experiment, One is the different fertilizer model optimizing experiment, one is based on crop in different growth stages as the nitrogen requirement to determine the target, combining nitrogen supply of soil inorganic nitrogen testing to determine the different periods of nitrogen fertilizer n control experiment. Optimization experiment through field experiment, the three quarter through two season nitrogen control experiments, discusses the field experiments of high nitrogen in wheat-maize rotation Field experiment were conducted at xiping and xunxian sites of Henan system root layer of soil nitrogen change and the some plants can absorb and yield of nitrogen influence. Results show that :1. Two experimental soil inorganic nitrogen content in different fertilizer processing and crops at different stages of remarkable difference. Wheat season and corn season of inorganic nitrogen content of soil, both present in two locations with increased with the amount of nitrogen fertilizer increasing trend, between different treatment of remarkable difference. Nitrogen control experiment, fully demonstrated crops in different growth stages as the nitrogen requirement to determine the target, combining nitrogen supply of soil inorganic nitrogen testing to determine the nitrogen fertilizer during different periods, can achieve the soil and fertilizer n supply and crop nitrogen requirement synchronization.2. Nitrogen fertilization related with apparent loss, n apparent loss as nitrogen level increases. Different nitrogen significant difference between treatment. Judging from the N apparent loss, optimize experiment design optimization and nitrogen control experiment Opt.N*50% involved with nitrogen can maintain soil inorganic nitrogen level and do not cause rapid loss of nitrogen. 3. Wheat n uptake has two peak, wheat season first absorption nitrogen before its peak in winter for the 2008-2009 respectively XiPing point and 2009 - wheat JiXiPing point and wheat in 2010 JunXian point, 2008-2009 JunXian point except wheat season. Wheat season absorption nitrogen in the second peak jointing stage. Corn season in the first absorption peak jointing stage, corn quarter in huge bellbottom second absorption peak periods. Optimization experiment, judging from nitrogen uptake of high input, wheat season for wheat plant optimized absorption of nitrogen, corn quarter for under the high input treatment plant absorption of nitrogen. Nitrogen control experiment, wheat season for Con. N processing wheat plant absorption of nitrogen, corn quarter Opt.N*150% involved processing plant absorption of nitrogen.4.From winter to harvest the wheat growth period, outspread, wheat dry matter accumulation volume increases unceasingly, to dry matter accumulation quantity achieved harvest is the largest. Different period, with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer, wheat dry matter accumulation quantity are presenting a tendency to increase. Optimization experiment, high investment optimization disposal of nitrogen is the most suitable for the dry matter accumulation of crop. Nitrogen control experiment, corn season, Opt.N*150% involved processing dry matter accumulation quantity is the highest. Wheat season, Con. N processing dry matter accumulation quantity is the highest .5. Optimization experiment, crop yield not as nitrogen increases, the excessive amounts of nitrogen can only increase crop yield, but reduces the crop production. 2008-2009 season, two site yield of wheat are optimized for the highest yield in various processing. 2009 corn season, xiping points, the highest yield under the high input treatment. JunXian point, farmers used to dealing with the highest yield. 2009-2010 yield wheat season, two are the treatment under the high input treatment in the highest yield. Nitrogen control experiment, 2009 corn season, xiping point yield CK JunXian point highest yield, handle Opt.N*150% involved treatment involved the highest yield. 2009-2010 wheat season, xiping point Con. N processing the highest yield JunXian points, the highest yield Opt.N treatment involved.
