Abstract

With the rapid development of society and economy in recent years, the urbanization is speeding up. The number and scale of urban land development is on the rise, the development strength is soaring, then city images also be improved, especially the construction of Industrial Park play a very important role in promoting local economic healthy development. As one of the main means, Traffic Impact Analysis can control land-use and reduce the negative impact on the traffic, it has been used in some domestic and foreign construction projects. The unreasonable construction projects in Industrial Park will bring some negative impact on the urban road network. Unreasonable site, planning or not to optimize the design with local road network characteristics can lead to network service level around lower, and bring potential security problems for walkers and motorists, affect a number of roads providing good services in the road network system, not conducive to the region’s communication with the outside word.Based on different sizes and purposes of construction projects, most of scholars at home or abroad study their characters. Because of the particularity of the industrial park construction, and relatively small traffic to urban center, there is little traffic impact analysis to industrial park construction. In light of traffic demand characters by industrial park construction. Based on the theories and methods of domestic and foreign traffic impact analysis, from traffic characteristics, land characteristics, the influence range of large-scale production industrial base, the thesis analyzes traffic flow concentration features of industrial park’s large-scale production base deeply, studies the internal relations among industrial park layout, land use and city traffic, proposes the research mentality and the method for the traffic impact analysis of large-scale production base, points out the base content that adapt to the large-scale production characteristics, influencing range determination methods, traffic demand forecasting methods and traffic impact assessment indexes, etc. Finally in this thesis there will be the example analysis research by an industrial park planning and construction of large-scale production base, then give analysis recommendations and opinion. The paper mainly divides five chapters to carry on the introduction to the above content, the main content of each chapter as follows:ChapterⅠi s exordium. It mainly introduces the researching background, research situation, target, meaning, content and the technique route of this dissertation.ChapterⅡintroduces the theory of Traffic Impact Analysis, and analyses the basic traffic characters of large-scale production base.ChapterⅢproposes the research mentality and the method for the traffic impact analysis of large-scale production base, points out the base content that adapt to the large-scale production characteristics, influencing range determination methods, traffic demand forecasting methods and traffic impact assessment indexes in the base of summing up the theories and methods. To provide the reference for this kind of traffic impact assessment project.ChapterⅣof this chapter uses the methods that provided by the thesis for empirical research.ChapterⅤis the summary. The main research content are summarized and the problems which need to be researched more deeply are presented.
