Abstract


With the rapid development of the national economy , the state investment in infrastructure construction gradual increase in urban infrastructure construction and renovation as well as the proportion of the total investment in increasing the proportion of the national economy , the number of projects across the country have gradually built upward trends . Jilin Province to increase efforts in building road infrastructure , while also speeding up two highway reconstruction project, Changchun Songyuan highway project is one of them , the purpose of this project is through the transformation of the original two roads road construction became a way to improve the quality of Changchun to Songyuan traffic . The project is currently still under construction , its engineering works including road embankment road and bridge works , works for a period of two years. The project focuses on the difficulties and work quality control fall on this issue , the issue is whether the project can be completed on the basis of quality and quantity , but it is also an extremely complex issue , as it involves many factors, it is difficult to control large , multi-party co-ordination and need excellent management , be able to make this project to achieve the desired quality of the planning requirements . Based on the system analysis stage Highway Engineering Quality control problems and the reasons , based on the Changchun to Songyuan Highway renovation project conducted an empirical study of quality management , the use of statistical methods and their adaptability to existing areas for improvement were discussed , then put forward at this stage to strengthen Changchun to Songyuan Highway Engineering Quality control measures and methods .
