Abstract


In recent years, motor vehicle ownership in Harbin increasing traffic problems have constrained the development of the city has become a serious problem in Harbin one . Practice has proved that to solve the traffic problems in Harbin rely solely on the road can not be solved . Given this situation , the use of scientific and technological means to improve the existing road capacity , is to solve the current traffic problems the best choice. Is widely used intelligent transportation system, you can solve this problem for the play its unique role. Thus modern traffic management should pay attention to it . Intelligent Transportation Systems is the technology used in a variety of advanced traffic management , and its core is a key part of the path of traffic guidance system . Dynamic route guidance system is to provide to the driver from the starting point to a destination chosen optimal path , this can achieve safe , fast, and travel time and cost savings purposes. This paper analyzes the traffic route guidance systems research status , as well as intelligent traffic management Harbin status quo , then the road traffic problems in Harbin carried out a detailed analysis, the final discussion and analysis of several relevant route guidance algorithm . According to the principle of these algorithms and their application environment, in-depth research, combined with the practical problems to be solved , proposed a multi- objective route guidance algorithm . Harbin dynamic traffic on route guidance system for the overall framework and requirements analysis, as well as overall system design, analysis of the system function modules, and selected system development environment , complete the system design work program of each module . Harbin dynamic traffic route guidance system is completed for the relevant departments to provide real-time traffic data to provide users with easy operation and efficient data management services. Finally, this paper summarizes the contents of the study to do the research work and the future were discussed.
