Abstract


China is the world's largest coal producer , coal accounts for about 70% of energy consumption in China for a long time . Port as coal from the origin to the user's main transit , storage and intermediate processing place , plays the role of bridge and link . Huanghua Port in Cangzhou City , Hebei Province in the west-east coal in China , the second channel of the North coal south to the sea , the Shenhua project leading to occupy an important position in the national economy , the 2010 throughput to reach 89 million tons . In order to further improve the competitiveness and quality of service of the Huanghua Port coal port area , market segments , improve customer satisfaction rate , and Huanghua Port must solve the problems of the coal face traceability and optimization of coal blending . In this paper, the port of Huanghua Port production management characteristics of the coal quality tracking model based on batch management port . First on the port a prerequisite for the implementation of traceability management , secondly , to study the method of batch management and port model , Finally, by tracking the BOL ( batch list) On this basis , propose suitable cargo port tracing model . On optimizing the blending problem in the study of domestic and foreign optimized blending method is proposed using linear programming methods to establish the blending model , using the computer to calculate the optimum blending proportion solve optimize the blending problem . Finally, proposed the Huanghua Port retrospective and optimizing coal blending system architecture diagram illustrates the technical support and data acquisition system , the last examples of the implementation process of the system to solve the problem of Huanghua Port currently exist .
