Abstract


Among the container terminal operator , yard operation plays a very important role . Good yard operation can improve the efficiency of terminal operation , reduce operating road conflicts , and reduce the cost of terminal operations . With the increasingly fierce competition between the world 's major container ports enhance the effects of container terminal yard planning has gradually become the main way to enhance the market competitiveness of each container ports . This paper first describes the overview of the Container Terminal , which is the object of this paper . Through the analysis of the domestic and international container terminal yard management status , summed up the problem of container terminal management . Next elaborate on the issues involved in the container yard planning , by which the yard capacity and gate channel demand has made in-depth quantitative analysis , the yard planners to provide a more accurate scientific basis . The article focuses on the operation of loading and unloading ships proposed improvement measures , imports unloader yard operation PivotTable by using a the shipboard Pui bit structure view , and to contain shipboard Pui bit and container properties of two tools , a better solution imported ship job conflict exists in the working process . Export shipment yard operation , the text in the first analysis of the diversity of the port of discharge conditions in the export rules , and elaborated the point of view of the useless weight class conditions . Then , the analysis of the operating lines of conflict and that the yard plans or ship plans irrational will cause conflict in the operating line . Through the analysis of the export historical data , indicating that the export the yard plans of process , and basic clustering data mining method to solve the problem of conflict of the operating line . Based on the above analysis , the effect of four planning to enhance the yard countermeasures through innovation and optimization of the operating mode , terminal operation efficiency and reduce the cost of terminal operations .
