Abstract


In recent years, with the increase of the number of vehicles , traffic demand , traffic incident on the highway , vehicle operation delay caused by traffic congestion , energy consumption increased traffic problems is growing . Practice has proved that to improve the management level of the existing highway to the most fundamental and effective way to improve the efficiency of transport to improve traffic problems , and real-time highway vehicle traffic monitoring and management , so how real-time access to high-speed highway vehicle information highway intelligent management , intelligent transportation system is an important foundation of the research topics . Through analysis of highway vehicles with features and mobile network coverage in China , obtained the feasibility of using the car phone location information acquisition vehicle information , pursuant to which the vehicle information acquisition system based on mobile positioning technology program framework , discusses the mobile the positioning service location service architecture and positioning discuss several common mobile positioning technology and its advantages and disadvantages , and the TDOA technologies were described in detail . Subsequently, the focus of this article - phone location information processing and vehicle information , specific programs : By analyzing the state of motion of the mobile phone , to explore several cases of interference and error location information data and the culling process , and then use the map matching and speed smoothing means to improve the accuracy of mobile phone location ; on this basis , the car phone attribute matrix fuzzy cluster analysis, the correspondence between the car phone and vehicle , to calculate the position of the vehicle , the vehicle speed and methods of analysis of the models . Finally, MATLAB is divided into three different traffic flow simulation studies, collecting vehicle information on the use of mobile phone position to verify the effectiveness of the system .
