Abstract


Chapter1Objective:To evaluate the sensitivity and specificy of ND-O-BSA-ELISA and find out the cutcoff value methods:ND-O-BSA-IgM ELISA. Results:when blood concention is1:100, cutoff is0.08, sensitivity is93.1%and specificy is77.3%(P>0.05); when blood concention is1:200, cutoff is0.05, sensitivity is79.3%and specificy is72.3%(P>0.05); The reformed cutoff value is0.1,while sensitivity is77.6%and specificy is79.1%.Conclusion:The sensitivity and specificity of the group with blood concention of1:100is better.Chapter2Objective:To evaluate the sensitivity and specificy of MMPⅡ-ELISA and find out the cutcoff value methods:MMPⅡ-IgG ELISA Results:when blood concention is1:100, cutoff is0.12, sensitivity is81%and specificy is76.3%(P>0.05); when blood concention is1:200, cutoff is0.08, sensitivity is86.2%and specificy is76.5%(P>0.05); The reformed cutoff value is0.08,while sensitivity is84.5%and specificy is80.4%.Conclusion:The sensitivity and specificity of the group with blood concention of1:200is better.Chapter3Objective:To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of ND-O-BSA-ELISA and MMP Ⅱ-IgG-ELISA. methods:Compare the sensitivity and specificity of the two antigens with statistics Results:The sensitivity and specificity of MMP Ⅱ-IgG-ELISA is higher than ND-O-BSA-ELISA because of the crossreaction.
