Objective:To prepare the sulfate/freeze-dried bone implant and study the influence of theprepared implant on cell proliferation.Methods: The complex implant was first prepared by calcine and coating properties.Secondthe implant combined with aps-cllagen releaser.Osteoblasts were inoculated onto the d implant.Proliferating rates of cells on the impant were directly measured by celll counting and measuringthe cell protein.Results:The aps-cllagen releaser could improve cell proliferation,protein content of thehybrid scaffolds (P<0.05).Conclusion: the prepared implant has good cytocompatibility.
