The core obstacle problem is reliability, and reliability research of aero plane engine aims to improve the success of mission with a standby system capable of prompt take off (relative to independent weapon system).Thus we can reduce the expenditure of human resource and maintenance. Among them, the main lubricant oil pump then undertakes in order to engine to prop up and spread to move the mission that the parts provides circulating oil, its breakdown will cause to engine to launch the machine parking.In this thesis, we firstly apply the obstacle analysis method of reliability design. use obstacle tree to qualitatively analysis the obstacle of lubricant oil system of the engine. Then we find the cause or combination of causes leading to the obstacles.In other words, we recognize the all patterns which can possibly make obstacles to help find potential obstacles and weakness. Therefore,. Secondly, we apply 6 Sigma management methods to collect a large obstacle dataset, use MINITAB software platform to analyses obstacle data, so we find the main reasons of the obstacle and offer a rectified solution. And the shelly, gear, the axes etc of main lubricant oil. the main parts make the quality analysis discussion, putting forward improving a project. In other way, the oil whether it is clearly affects the lubricant oil system. We search copper bush of the gear as diameter after run-in changes small etc;Through monitoring of rectified lubricant oil system of engine, we find the methods we suggested are feasible and no obstacle occurred. So this helps to improve the overall reliability of flight engine. In the same time, it guarantees the timely delivery of the engines, and meets the requirements of flight of the army. This fruit will settle same engineering dependability supply reference.
