Abstract


As the expectation of good product quality from customer, a manufacturing plant must define product quality as first priority thing in the management task. Continue improvement of product quality can keep the competition and future development. Thus,“ZERO DEFECT”become the target of most of plants. To achieve product zero defect the only way is quality defect prevention. Now, more and more plant implement POKA-YOKE.This paper make a research on the application of POKA-YOKE which is a tool for quality improvement. At he first of this paper it introduce the research background and meaning, and then bring forward the research and application of POKA-YOKE and describe the issues which was faced in Danfoss Commercial Compressor plant. The following is impact factor analysis with application environment, application analysis and implementation.Base on the above, the paper make a research on POKA-YOKE tool by the real case from Danfoss Commercial Compressor production line. It introduce the basic theory, function and application research of POKA-YOKE. Then it bring out the implementation process and how to improve the management through how to implement POKA-YOKE.
