Abstract

The test to the gills of juvenile (Elopichthys bambusa) as the research object, feed fat levels the bambusa juvenile growth performance, blood parameters in the recirculating system, digestive enzyme activity and gastrointestinal emptying. Test is divided into 2 parts, the first part of the observation The the feed fat levels bambusa juvenile growth, body composition, feed utilization, blood biochemical parameters, and the activity of digestive enzymes; second part of the feeding artificial diet conditions, gills juvenile the intestinal emptying model, as well as feed fat levels affect its emptying speed. The main results are as follows: 1, the feed fat levels bambusa juvenile growth, blood biochemical parameters and digestive enzyme activities studied the feed fat levels of bambusa juvenile growth, body composition, feed utilization, serum biochemical parameters, liver and pancreas and digestive Road within the digestive enzyme activities. Initial average weight (8.26 ± 0.81), 300 g of bambusa juveniles, were randomly divided into five groups, were fed fat levels (A group: 2.79%, group B: 5.85%, group C: 8.71%, D Group: 11.65%, group E: 14.77%), and other nitrogen (crude protein: 45.64 ± 0.20%), and other (total: 16.82 ± 0.11MJ/kg) feed, the test period of 56 days. The results show that: the increased weight gain rate (WGR), specific growth rate (SGR) first and then decreased with the dietary fat levels and B group was significantly higher than A, E group (P lt; 0.05), regression analysis derived feed The fat content of 7.71% SGR highest. With the increased level of feed fat, feed conversion ratio (FCR), down then up, the B group was significantly lower than A, D, E group (P lt; 0.05), Protein Efficiency Ratio (PER) first and then decreased in group B the highest. Hepatosomatic index (HSI) increased with the dietary fat content increased in group A was significantly lower than the C, D, E group (P lt; 0.05). Fish trend with the fat, liver fat content the HSI, body protein content first and then decreased. With the dietary fat levels rise in serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity and total bile acid (TBA) contents increased, total protein (TP), total cholesterol (CHO ), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) content was decreased. Gill gut protease, lipase activity with increasing feed fat levels first rose and then dropped the maximum in the C group, among groups of intestinal amylase activity difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05), liver and pancreas, lipase and amylase activity are the highest in group A (P lt; 0.05) increased with the dietary fat, liver and pancreas protease activity had decreased liver pancreas lipase, amylase activity in the B, C, D, E group between the difference was not significant. The analysts believe that the gills optimum feed fat content of 7.71%, the content is too high to make bambusa slow growth, abnormal fat metabolism, liver reduced ability of the pancreas to secrete digestive enzymes. 2, the level of feed fat on the gills of juvenile gastrointestinal emptying 27.8 ± 1.1 ℃, studied nitrogen (crude protein: 46.714 ± 0.58%) can the feed fat levels (total: 17.30 ± 0.32MJ/kg) (A group: 2.85%; B group: 5.79%; C group: 8.73%; D Group: 11.67%; E group: 14.61% the the young guts emptying rate) on bambusa (Elopichthys bambusa), intestinal body than (ISI) and intestinal length ratio (ILR). Groups emptying rate at 56 d of feeding before and after each measurement time, linear, exponential models fitting the relationship between the percentage of intestinal contents and sampling time, and to study the relationship of the the feed fat level instantaneous emptying rate . The results showed that: keeping before, bambusa the intestinal emptying optimal model for the exponential model, the feed fat levels emptying speed no significant effect (P = 0.848). Feeding, gill intestinal emptying the optimal model for the exponential model, the the feed fat levels emptying was significantly (P lt; 0.01), the relationship between the instantaneous emptying rate and fat levels available quadratic model y = 0.2509-0.0003x enteral feeding after 13h, E group containing the residues of significantly higher than A, B two groups (P lt; 0.05); D group ISI was significantly lower than the A-0.0002x2 (R2 = 0.9879, P lt; 0.01); group (P lt; 0.05), E group was significantly lower than the A, B, C group (P lt; 0.05); These results suggest that can feed fat level does not directly affect the gills of young fish sausage emptying rate, but the long-term feeding high fat diet, can lead to intestinal instantaneous emptying rate decreased, this effect may be achieved indirectly by changing the strength of the smooth muscle layer of the digestive tract.
