With China’s accession to the WTO, China became after the first nation of export trade, international trade increasingly frequent, cross currency trade settlement more and more common. And the bank as the middleman and guarantor of credit, throughout this whole trade link, is the carrier of capital flows. As the banking increasingly fierce competition, also can not only keep the half an acre FangTian, do business, and if not loan aspects to bring new business varieties, certainly will should be eliminated by industry, customer resources plundered. In order to better compete in industry, customers resources, maintenance, which requires a smaller Banks must also have their own international settlement system to support the industry all aspects of business development.Combined with actual situation inviting specific industry experts on demand several dialectical to design the whole system and feasibility of the development. This international settlement system adopts B/S structure, the J2EE platform construction, accomplished on flexibility, security, convenience, the support platform release. This paper main work and results are as follows:1. According to the demand of international business mainly discussed based on J2EE development in the framework of international settlement business system involving and realization.2. Through carefully of whole system based on J2EE framework design, [1] realize MVC pattern international settlement system development. Will more perfect this system and the applied in practical business. To truly achieve the purpose of for the entire service.
