Abstract

Amino acid digestibility of digestible energy value of cottonseed meal in order to study the degree of heat treatment, the protein and the terminal ileum, collected from the same varieties of cottonseed, through the steamed fried links in laboratory simulations Production, set the temperature at 116 ° C, adjust heating time, different heating degree cottonseed meal, study the degree of heat treatment of cottonseed meal protein solubility (PS), chemical composition, amino acid digestibility. Test: the degree of heat treatment of cottonseed meal PS, the chemical composition of the impact of cold-pressed obtained Mianpo, autoclaved pot moist heat treatment, the temperature fixed at 116 ° C, set the heat treatment time were: Omin, 10min, 15min, 20min, 30min cottonseed meal, 40min, 45min, 55min, 60min, 65min, 75min., and select from five kinds of PS significantly different (P lt; 0.05) further determination of crude protein, acid detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), free gossypol (FG) and other chemical indicators. The test results show that: (1) With the heat treatment time, cottonseed meal, color change, PS decreased significantly. PS and the degree of heat treatment significantly, and in the interests of a quadratic equation: PS = 88.17-0.94T 0.0046T2 (R2 = 0.9861, P lt; 0.001; T represents time). (2) With the extension of the heat treatment time cottonseed meal in NDF.ADF content was significantly higher (P lt; 0.05). FG was significantly decreased (P lt; 0.05). The degree of heat treatment and NDF relations conforms to a simple equation: Y (NDF) = 15.53 0.37T (R2 = 0.9732; P lt; 0.001); relationship between the degree of heat treatment and FG meets a quadratic equation Y (FG) = 1295.74-31.95T 0.29T2 (R2 = 0.9560; P lt; 0.009) test: the degree of heat treatment of cottonseed meal digestible energy value of protein and amino acid digestibility (DE) configured as a semi-purified diets with casein, corn starch, and then were with five PS: 69%, 61%, 55%, 49%, 42% cottonseed meal preparation of experimental diets. Grew up selection of six crossbred barrows, weight (45 ± 2) kg, 6 × 6 Latin square design, digestion and digestible energy values ??of the test measures the degree of heat treatment of cottonseed meal. The results show that: (1) five PS, respectively: 69%, 61%, 55%, 49%, 42% cottonseed meal digestible energy values ??were: 11.9MJ/Kg.13.1MJ/Kg.12.5MJ/kg .12.3MJ/Kg.11.1MJ/Kg. cottonseed meal digestible energy value significant relationship with the heat treatment time and PS, PS 61% digestible energy value of the highest. (2) PS digestible energy value relationship and 2 curve prediction model: DE (MJ / Kg) = 13.079 0.911PS,-0.079PS2 (R2 = .9328, P lt; 0.05) cottonseed meal digestible energy value significant relationship with the NDF content. The prediction model: DE (MJ8Kg) = 0.3143NDF2 1.6457NDF, 10.7 (R2 = 0.8872, P lt; 0.05) (3) with the heat treatment time prolonged, PS gradually reduce the terminal ileum protein digestibility and faecal protein digestibility showed the law first and then decreased. Protein digestibility of the terminal ileum below fecal protein digestibility. (4) whether the terminal ileum or fecal protein digestibility PS up to a maximum of 55% of cottonseed meal. (5) With the extension of the heat treatment time, of PS reduced cottonseed meal, aspartic acid, threonine, tryptophan, an amino acid apparent and true digestibility showed a trend first and then decreased, which threonine acid in the heat treatment time of 30min, PS for apparent and true digestibility of 61% are the highest. The apparent and true digestibility of lysine, arginine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, and other amino acids decreased significantly. In heat treatment time of 20min, PS for apparent and true digestibility of 69% are the highest. Test: the degree of heat treatment on the in vitro digestibility of cottonseed meal protein by 2-step enzymatic method, the selection of pepsin, trypsin, simulation animal environment of the gastrointestinal tract, and the determination of the degree of heat treatment on the in vitro digestibility of cottonseed meal protein. The results showed that: With the extension of the heat treatment time, the PS decreased significantly decreased protein in vitro digestibility. Heat treatment time of 20min, the solubility of 69%, the highest protein in vitro digestibility. Cottonseed meal in vitro protein digestibility and protein solubility significantly related. And in accordance with one dollar equation: Y (CP in vitro digestibility) = 0.4353 0.2914PS, (R2 = 0.989; P lt; 0.05).
